Meet Dave Jones

Dave has spent more than 25 years leading, educating, and empowering others—as a high school principal, coach, educator, and now as the co-owner and operator of Windermere Abode, one of the most innovative real estate brokerages in the Pacific Northwest. His career is defined by service, leadership, and a deep commitment to advising people to build a better future for themselves through different avenues of investment, networking, and emerging opportunities.

In 2020, this mindset and work led him to be named ‘Inman Person of the Year’ in the real estate industry along with his wife, Anne, and he has been featured in the New York Times, National Association of Realtors, and many other publications for his advocacy work in Fair Housing, and speaking on finding solutions for different social justice issues.

Dave’s experience in founding a business, business operations, brand strategy, videography, real estate agent and athlete development, and community partnerships brings a unique skillset to the field of work supporting NIL athletes. His work emphasizes data-driven decision-making, mentorship, and mental wellness—values that mirror the holistic development needed in today’s collegiate athletic environment.

Dave is a certified hoop junkie, hiphop encyclopedia and enjoys being an early adopter of new tech. Dave loves spending time with his wife and business partner, Anne, and their two sons.
